What does nSCALE do with your information?
We collect only what you give us directly — your name and message through the contact form, and your email if you sign up for our insights list — and we use it only to respond to you, send the content you asked for, and understand how people use this site. We don't sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
What do you collect, and what do you use it for?
- What we collect — Contact form submissions (name, organization, email, phone, and project details you provide); email addresses for anyone who subscribes to receive Insights articles; and standard site analytics (pages viewed, general location, device type) collected automatically.
- What we use it for — Responding to your inquiry, sending the Insights content you signed up for, and understanding which pages are useful so we can improve the site. We do not use your information for anything else, and we do not sell it.
- How long we keep it — Contact form submissions and email signups are kept as long as needed to respond to you or while you remain subscribed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
- Your rights — Email admin@nscalearc.com to see what information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted.
- Cookies & analytics — This site uses standard analytics tools to understand traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
