nSCALE’s core offering is a Comprehensive Feasibility Study and Strategic Plan that helps clients understand what they can build, what it will look like, how much it will cost, and whether it is financially viable. Most clients are community-based organizations pursuing catalytic projects that require public and philanthropic funding.
